The Reading Festival is internationally recognised as ’probably’ the most popular music festival in existence. It has undergone several reinventions over its lifetime, from being a Jazz Festival in the 1960s, dabbling with punk in the late 70′s and continually evolving into what we know now as the UK’s most popular festival.

This year’s Reading Pride Parade will be the biggest and best we have ever organised building on the success of the past three years. It will make its way through the centre of town before heading for the Festival site at Kings Meadow Park.
Last year over 300 people walked through the town including Thames Valley Positive Support (TVPS), Thames Valley Gay Police Association (TVGPA), Royal Berkshire Ambulance Service, TAG Collective with their festival carte and the bar boys from The Wynford Arms.
