I just wanted to give you some feedback for Christmas party on Saturday evening. After my Saturday evening party at the Crowne Plaza I thought I would write to let you know that I was extremely impressed with everything at the Crowne Plaza. It was such a perfect evening and we all had the best time. All the staff were amazing, smiling, kind and helpful. The food was really delicious, even for me with all my food intolerances. The service was amazing and the music and dance floor space was great. I really couldn't fault the evening, so wanted to say THANK YOU so much for organising such a great evening.

Just a quick note to thank you for organizing the New Year booking for us. The meal was stunning and we had a really good time. Please can you let me have your Valentine menu when it is available. we had excellent service particularly from Jaideep who did his best to make us feel comfortable.

We wanted to pass on to yourself and the other members of staff our thanks for the amazing weekend we had while staying with you for New Years Eve 2015. The function room looked amazing on arrival and as always with every attention to detail. The different set up to the room seemed to work very well too. The Gala Dinner was delicious and the waiting staff were attentive and friendly. Our table was in an excellent position. We also all congratulated the Disco Man which we believe was different to previous years. He pitched the music exactly right to the age and mood of the Guests present, making the evening very enjoyable. So much so that the majority of the Guests wanted to have a dance - everyone seemed to have a wonderful evening. A good nights sleep and a leisurely brunch before check out added to a great start to 2016. My thanks also to the housekeeping staff who bagged up my PJ'S ready for collection when I left them in the room by mistake. We wish you all a good 2016 and look forward to booking for New Years Eve 2016 in due course.
