We had a large group of us stay for a Christmas join a party. We all had an amazing night, the food selections and portion size were great. The function room was superb perfect for our party and other party. Plenty of room to enjoy our event without bumping into the other party. The rooms were amazing, very stylish and comfortable

Myself and five friends recently made reservations and stayed at your hotel from December 1st to December 3rd, 2023. Seeking a brief getaway, we were thoroughly pleased with our experience from the moment we called to book until our departure. The entire process, from booking with the receptionist to check-out, went seamlessly. The receptionist who handled our check-in was excellent, providing us with all the necessary information.

The rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The entire staff, including cleaners, restaurant personnel, and receptionists, were not only efficient but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. The spa facilities were pristine, and the inclusion of bathrobes in each room added a luxurious touch that we appreciated.

Four of our friends enjoyed the 25-minute spa treatment, each expressing satisfaction and a sense of relaxation. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, and as a vegetarian, I was pleased to find options such as vegetarian sausage, which the staff graciously brought to our table.

Our package included a three-course dinner on the second night  which was not only delicious but also generously portioned. Special thanks to the chef and the attentive waitress, for taking excellent care of us.

Overall, our experience was phenomenal, exceeding our expectations for a staycation. The exceptional customer service and friendly staff were a rare find, making this a unique and memorable experience. Everyone we encountered in Reading was delightful, a contrast to the usual experiences in London. A heartfelt thank you for making our stay special. I am already looking forward to returning with my partner to share this wonderful experience. May your team continue to wear those smiles and provide the outstanding service you are known for. Just a short note to say how well the event went last week. I spoke to the hotel Manager during our stay and gave her feedback on all the staff we encountered from Reception to the Bar, all were faultless. In particular, the events team on the day were outstanding. They were extremely accommodating and everyone noticed their level of service to us.

Its not often I get 100% perfect feedback on a venue and their staff, but everyone was faultless and the hotel was immaculate.

I recently stayed here as an organisor of a small conference. The service was excellent from start to finish. The hotel has a contemporary look. The staff have a friendly manner and are professional - nothing is too much trouble. Bedrooms are comfortable and exceptionally clean. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and the food was delicious.

I have heard that it is never too late to say thank you, so I am very glad to have the opportunity to express profound thanks to you for the dinner you kindly arranged for our UKI Sales Management Meeting in your Caprice Restaurant on evening of Thursday 22 June. All the eight senior managers that attended the dinner informed me the following morning how much they enjoyed the delicious cuisine and attentive service they received during the dinner which really contributed to the success of their business meeting and really impressed their VIP guest. I was offered very efficient, professional and friendly advice and service from when I first started making the accommodation booking, right through to making the  booking for the Team Dinner.  I would like you to know that I received lots of positive feedback from managers about your hotel and the staff who attended the dinner really appreciated the appetising menu and excellent cuisine served on the evening and how attentive the service was, especially as some staff unfortunately arrived late for the dinner as their flights were delayed. The attention to detail of providing personalised named place cards on the tables that also contained menu choices was particularly appreciated by both managers and staff that attended the dinner and also by me. Thank you again and we look forward to being able to enjoy your hotel’s excellent hospitality and service again soon.

Just a quick e mail to thank you and the team on duty for the successful evening we had last Thursday. The set up and welcome, as well as the food and service were all excellent. They even coped with a "longer than expected" gap between the end of the speaker at our meeting and sitting down for dinner! On a fine evening such as we had that was no problem. Personally, the young lady who sat at the desk outside of Windsor Suite and acted as the conference host on all three days was absolutely wonderful.  My apologies as I cannot remember the ladies name but she was extremely attentive and honestly, she could not do enough for me and  our group.  Considering there was also other companies holding conferences and their delegate numbers must have been exceeding 100, she coped amazingly well.  So kindly pass on my sincere thanks to her, for all her help and assistance during our 3 day event."

Linda wanted to express that she was very impressed with the service during the dinner on the Wednesday evening, they met all requests and ensured the wine was served as requested. Those working on meeting room requests were very prompt and attentive when required and we appreciated their assistance.  I know one day was extremely busy with meetings, but they still gave us optimum attention but having the warning the day before was appreciated. The Receptionists were also very efficient, polite and again attentive when required.
